  • Our Multivendor support system offers vendors unparalleled flexibility in setting shipping rates for their products. Rates can be adjusted based on various factors such as distance, weight, price, shipping class, or the number of items in a shipment.
  • Vendors are empowered to specify both the minimum and maximum quantity of products, or the total spend required at the store or for specific items, to make a purchase viable.
  • MEGGA withdrawal system is designed to enable sellers to request the withdrawal of funds exceeding 50 EUR. It is important to note that a minimum account balance of 50 EUR is required to initiate such a request.
  • Vendors have the capability to export or import their product data manually or in .csv format directly from the frontend, ensuring that a backup of product information is always maintained.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales by addressing customer issues promptly. Our MEGGA Live Chat module integrates with Facebook Messenger, enabling vendors to offer immediate, real-time support.
  • We facilitate direct communication between visitors/customers and sellers from the product page, allowing inquiries and questions to be sent directly to sellers via email.
  • Our Return and Warranty Request module permits sellers to provide tailored return and warranty options for their products, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

Subscriptions for Vendors

To sell on MEGGA, vendors must choose one of the following subscription options:

  1. Basic Plan: Suitable for new vendors starting out. Features include listing up to 100 products, advanced analytics and promotional tools. The cost is 9 EUR/month. Trial Period 30 days!
  2. Professional Plan: Designed for growing businesses, offering up to 1000 product listings, advanced analytics and promotional tools. The cost is 19 EUR/month. Trial Period 30 days!
  3. Premium Plan: For high-volume sellers up to 5000 product listings, premium positioning in marketplace searches, and dedicated support. – The cost is 39 EUR/month. Trial Period 30 days!

Commission and Fees MEGGA applies a commission fee of 8% + 1 EUR per sale, exclusive of tax and shipping. Additional fees for enhanced listing features will be communicated upfront. Sellers bear payment processing fees from third-party processors.
